Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: May 10, 2026

We do not sell or share your personal information

Deadline Pilot, a product of NeuralSoft Systems, does not sell your personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and does not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(ah)).

We use your personal information only to provide the deadline-extraction service you signed up for: we read court documents you upload, run them through our extraction pipeline (which uses Anthropic Claude, Google Cloud Vision, and optionally OpenAI as processors under data processing agreements that prohibit them from training on your data), and return the extracted deadlines to you. The full list of subprocessors and what they do with your data is on our Subprocessors page; the legal terms are in our Data Processing Agreement.

Your right to opt out

Under the CCPA / CPRA (California), Colorado Privacy Act, Connecticut Data Privacy Act, Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, and similar laws in other U.S. states, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Because we do not sell or share, no opt-out is necessary for that purpose — but you may still exercise this right with us.

To submit a Do-Not-Sell request, contact us at one of the addresses below. We will respond within 15 calendar days as required by CCPA Reg. § 7026.

How to submit a request

  • Email privacy@deadlinepilot.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share Request” and your Deadline Pilot account email.
  • We will confirm receipt within 10 calendar days and complete the request within 45 calendar days, as required by CCPA Reg. § 7022.
  • If you are submitting on behalf of someone else, we may ask for documentation showing you are authorized to act for that person (CCPA Reg. § 7063).

Authorized agents and Global Privacy Control

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a Do-Not-Sell request on your behalf (CCPA Reg. § 7063). We will require written authorization signed by you and may verify your identity directly.

Deadline Pilot also honors the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a Do-Not-Sell-or-Share opt-out under CCPA Reg. § 7025. Because we do not sell or share to begin with, the practical effect is the same as our default behavior; we surface the acknowledgement here so signal-honoring is documented.

No discrimination

Submitting a Do-Not-Sell-or-Share request does not change the price, level, or quality of the service you receive (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.125(a)). We do not offer a financial incentive to opt back in.

Other privacy rights

The Do-Not-Sell-or-Share right is one of several privacy rights you have. The Privacy Policy describes how to exercise the others (right to know, right to delete, right to correct, right to data portability, right to limit use of sensitive personal information). The same email address — privacy@deadlinepilot.com — receives all of them.
